Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. All purchases are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review your order details carefully before placing your order.

Every product is thoroughly inspected before packing and shipping. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photographs. Genuine claims will be reviewed and resolved accordingly.

The same no-return, no-exchange, and no-refund policy applies to international orders. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges levied by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the order or shipping price. In the rare case a return is approved at our discretion, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Slight variations in colour, texture, embroidery, print placement, or embellishments may occur due to photography, screen settings, and the handcrafted nature of the product. Such variations are natural and are not considered defects.
